In this artwork, the artist provides an insight and reflection into the Jewish people’s joint experiences in the city of Jerusalem in an abstract yet emotive way. The artist makes use of the colour of Jerusalem stone and Jewish symbolism, as well as textured collage to enhance the depth of the art. The blue sky and the ray of light are indicative of Hashem’s eternal presence in our lives and eternal resting place in the holy city of Jerusalem.
