In this artwork, the artist uses different and abstract painting techniques to depict the powerful first line of the Shema prayer. This important prayer, which is recited numerous times a day, provides a sense comfort to viewers that to stop, and almost inhale the words. The artist used various acrylic colours and combined abstract and palette knife work to suggest that even if one does not have a perfect relationship with Hashem or religion, it is still possible to see the beauty and build a connection, even if hazy, with Hashem.
