Candice Kramer, born in Johannesburg, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Candice’s whose work references people, historic family photos and antiquated maps within the Johannesburg inner city setting, was selected to be part of the emerging painters show curated by Jessica Webster. Candice, who has held solo exhibitions at Obert Contemporary, NIROX projects and the Kalashnikovv gallery, won the Multi & New Media Category Award of the Thami Mnyele Fine Arts Awards and is the recipient of the Lizamore and Associates Mentorship award. In 2024 Candice exhibited at 1:54 London Art Fair and in 2025 she will be exhibiting with the Atlas of Uncertainty in Nairobi and Ghana. Her work has been acquired by both private and corporate collections including Spier, Nandos, RMB and First Rand.
