Naama Nothmann
Naama Nothmann was born in Jerusalem to the renowned Chassidic writer and educator Eliyahu Kitov. She studied at the School of Visual Arts and the Delahanty Institute of Architecture in New York before establishing a successful career as a graphic designer in Israel. After settling in South Africa, she devoted herself fully to fine art, developing a distinctive style that combined collage and watercolour to create richly textured, layered compositions. Her work was commissioned by figures including Presidents Nelson Mandela and Ronald Reagan, Queen Elizabeth II, and the Lubavitcher Rebbe. With works held in prestigious collections, including the Guggenheim and the Royal Academy of Fine Art, Naama presented more than 40 solo exhibitions worldwide.
