Emma Rapp was born in Johannesburg, and attended King David Victory Park, where she developed her passion for art through both her school studies and extracurricular tuition with established South African artists. She later studied Speech Therapy, Remedial Therapy, TEFL, and Drama before taking time away from art to raise her family. Returning to painting in recent years, Emma works in oil, watercolour, and pencil, drawing on a variety of techniques and media. Her artwork reflects her Jewish faith, religious values, and creative journey, expressing the themes and experiences that shape her life.
