Andrea Wainer was born in Johannesburg, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. After working at IBM and Kessel Feinstein Computer Consulting, she chose to become a full-time mother, a role she describes as her greatest achievement. Her artistic journey began when a friend encouraged her to attend art classes, opening the door to a lifelong passion for creativity. Andrea enjoys experimenting with a wide range of media, including pastels, mosaic, ceramics, acrylics, collage, and pencil drawing, creating works that are proudly displayed in homes across South Africa, the United States, and the Netherlands.
