Financial Documents

To complete your financial assessment, please follow these steps:

  1. Download Financial Assessment Spreadsheet.
  2. Complete spreadsheet with all the requested financial information.
  3. Upload completed spreadsheet together with clear digital copies of all required supporting financial documents
  • Completed Financial Assessment Spreadsheet
  • Last 3 month bank statement
  • Last 3 month credit card statement
  • Last 3 month bond statement
  • Last 3 month salary slips

    Please ensure that each file is clearly labelled using your surname followed by a description of the document.

    Example:

    • Gold – Financial Assessment Spreadsheet.xlsx
    • Gold – Bank Statement.pdf
    • Gold – Payslip.pdf
