About this piece
In Emergence, the artist explores the metamorphosis of both the butterfly and the human mind. Emerging from its chrysalis, the butterfly is transformed, symbolising renewal, personal growth, and the courage to reach new heights. A timeless emblem of beauty and resilience, the butterfly is brought to life through vibrant, bold colours delicately outlined in gold acrylic paint against an intricate patterned surface. Its outstretched wings evoke hope, possibility, and transformation, encouraging viewers to embrace change and pursue their aspirations with confidence and optimism.
