Ricci Block, born in Johannesburg in 1977, is a wife and a mother of three. While Ricci has a background in events and PR management, for the last 20 years she has been painting impressionists and soft images of landscapes, with oils. Ricci draws her inspiration from Simon Stone, who is also South African, whose work details a picture within a picture. Many of Ricci’s paintings follow the same depiction, with soft and meaningful images. In addition to her painting, Ricci teaches art and facilitates paint events.
